A few hours shadowing primary care will be helpful. 50 more food bank hours would also help. No other leadership other than teaching, even though you had a leadership program your freshman year?

I have a leadership position with the nature conservation program I volunteer for where I organize and coordinate with other agencies for community events. Unsure of whether to list that under community service or leadership since I'm kind of lacking in the non-clinical hours. Is shadowing in primary care still necessary if I already worked 700 hours at a primary care clinic. Or should I put down like X hours of shadowing at that clinic.

If you did some observation of physicians in the clinic, you can probably shave off some hours (50? if appropriate) as shadowing.
