The good news is that there are lots of medical school seats in Ohio. Also, OU-HCOM wants Ohio residents, so at least they are a good safety net (plus they have a connection with Cleveland Clinic).

Where did you grow up in Ohio? If you fit the mission, Wright State and Toledo will likely be your best shots (better than nothing). NEOMED is also a possibility if you are passionate about community medicine. Connect and network.

TFA helps you, so bank your clinical experience hours. Volunteer in community health senior living/rehabilitative. urgent care, or reproductive/women's health centers.

700 hours of shadowing? What did you do? If you can recategorize it as clinical experience you may be OK.

The 502 is holding you back but you have a shot at some Ohio MD schools.

Spent a summer during undergraduate shadowing, so I racked up like 400 hours haha. Will look into this! Thank you!
