UAB admits few non residents. Loyola and U Chicago expect far more non clinical volunteering hours than you have. You could add these schools:

You should receive multiple interviews with your list and my additions. Acceptances will depend on how well you interview.
Remember your mission fit. Keep building your non-clinical experience, especially food bank/distribution (get at least 250 hours, including kitchen coordinator role).
