Reading this question if I was in your shoes I would comfortably answer no. At the same time, even if you said yes and wrote about it, it wouldn't be a big deal.
This is what I would consider a minor traffic violation. Who hasn't been inattentive at the wheel at some point or another? Not a big deal.

If you were my nibling, I'd recommend waiting until the probation period is over and the item wiped from the record and then answer "no" as it fits #3.
