1) maxillary and mandibular pre molars and molars have height of contour in middle third on ....
A)mesial ,
B)distal,
C)facial or
D)lingual surface of the crown....
c 2 me is mesial ,distal but acc 2 the 2004 decks its lingual.... how and why?
2) during empty mouth swallowing for proper stabilization jaw position is ... A)CR,
B)PCP,
C)RCP,
D)IC position....
3) ratio of major cusps of max and mand molars 4m devlopment view point is ..acc to me its max :mand 3:4, but decks say 5:4...
help plz as im really confused....

1) D (but according to Kaplan A and B are also correct)
2) D (you know it's not going to be protruded or retruded)
3) Some of the decks are wrong...you will have to correct some of them

More exp on 1) PM have H of C on junction on mesial and distal, molars in middle 1/3 on mesial and distal

Also, there is a H of C chart in Kaplan (c 2005) on page 774 but I've been told that it is not completely correct. What I gave you was based on a mnemonic chart in a book that was sold in our bookstore called The Pocket Guide to Dental Anatomy and Occlusion by K. Charduri (sp ?)
