I'm a design student working on a dental project and I was wondering if there were any books that give dimensions of the mouth/teeth from child to adult? I'm trying to better understand how people's mouth's differ in size and what size constraints there are. Ideally I'd like to find the dental version of henry dreyfuss' measure of a man and woman book (pictured below). Thanks in advance for your help!
