Dental Application Checklist?

With the application nearing start, I was wondering if anyone can give a checklist of what to have ready?

I feel like I am ready but I'm afraid I'm missing something.

1. I am working on editing my personal statement.
2. My LORs will be ready by the end of June.
3. I have my shadowing hours complete
4. Prerequisites complete
5. I took the DAT in February 2015.

Am I missing something? I'm not sure if I have to do anything to prepare me to apply. Any suggestions? Should I apply June 2 or wait until I get my LORs?

You can apply and submit without your letters, don't wait. They will be "mailed" in the next batch after they are uploaded.

Did you figure out what schools you are applying to? Otherwise, you should be fine.
