    Hello everyone
I am planning to supplement my application for dental schools with an RDA license since my GPA is low and I thought that would increase my chances of acceptance and I got offered 2 jobs one is a front desk position at a non-profit dental clinic with extended back office functions and the other is a dental assistant position at a multi-speciality dental organization, which one is better for my career and resume and helps more in terms of getting accepted into a dental school?!!!

I think both jobs are good. But i would say doing front desk and back duties at non profit is much better because you will be cross trained for both duties at that position. It also depends on salary , commute and letter of recommendation. If you have a specialist at one dental office who will write a letter of recommendation then in that case , that job is good. But overall i would say both opportunities are good.
