Hello, asking for a friend.
He works in two different unrelated dental offices 20miles apart in 2 different counties we an associate.
At one place w2 other 1099
A dental assistant quit at one place and went and joined the other practice where the dentist works.
There was an online add for that job when she applied and got hired. She didnt mention she knows the dentist working at the location as they also work at the location she are coming from.
Now my friend is worried the original place where she/assistant left might consider this solicitation even though he wasn’t aware or had anything to do with it.
I know its a little convoluted and maybe need to ask an attorney but wanted to see if people
Who are more experienced may have a run into this sort of situation?
