Are you able to take the dental boards more than once if you did not fail dental anatomy on the board exam? For instance, is it similar to the DAT where you can try again if the score would not get you into your school of choice (in reference to residencies). I am talking about the first one. I appreciate it.
 
yes you can.

you must wait a certain number of days after the last time you took it (listed on the ADA website)

Glutton for punishment.

Before you sign up to take it again...make sure that you will be able to do better. That would stink to take a bunch of time studying harder than you did the first time and come up with a lower score. I think the second score is the one that goes out on your NBDE results to the programs.
