Dental Certificate question

University of Florida and University of Illinois at Chicago offers only Dental Certificates.
I know that after this you cannot specialise, but anybody knows that one could enter into a GPR program (general practice residency) ?
Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.

hi,
i dont know if u could do a gpr, but i think that these certificate programs are recognised in only the respective states....does that mean that u can practise only in florida or illinois....are there any other states which allow u to practise with these certificate programs.
