I have never worked for them but am aware of quite a few people that do. For a period I did try the medacaid route and am familiar with how they operate.
Basically they strongly attract medacaid patients, as not many providers accept it.
A lot of people talk down about these clinics, but I disagree. You will be serving an underserved population and the way these clinics stay above water is by doing high volume. You will not have the time to spend 2 hrs/RCT but you will be helping quite a few other people who otherwise would end up on a waiting list somewhere else. For how hard you will work you will be underpaid, but you will become very very fast and the work can be rewarding. Every clinic has pros/cons, but when you do practice visits the office manager will make it seem like heaven. Good luck on your search 🙂
