Dental internship international

Hello... I am a BDS from Ukraine and i am a Pakistani National living in Saudi Arabia.. I haven't done my internship yet .. I've tried in saudia but the problem is Ukraine is not recognized in Saudia so i cannot do my internship here.. So please help me where should i go and how ... and i would like to do PG in clinical orthodontics or prosthetic some where good and cheap
