sup,
when the schools sends you an email regarding an interview and they want your reply do you just reply confiming the date of the interview or do you write a really damn good letter thanking them?

i would just answer what they ask... chances are the person who reads it isnt going to forward your carefully-constucted letter on to the adcoms who review your file anyway. basically i think that it would look kinda tacky

I always just confirmed the date for the interiew. And for all of mine I did this over the phone.
