Hey Guys,

I had a question about dental licensing. Say you go to dental school in a different state from which you want to practice, will you have to end up taking your licensing exam again in the state you want to practice? or will the licensing exam let you practice in any state in the US.

Thanks!

No depending on where you want to practice you will need to take the regional exam that includes that state. For example if you go to school in Maryland and you want to practice in South Carolina. You would take either NERB or SRTA or CRDTS they are all accepted in SC, but if you wanted to practice in lets say NC you would have to take CITA thats the only exam they accept.
