I already have 1 dental shadowing experience to put on my application but I do not have any others...
I do have a bunch of shadowing of D.O. and M.D. doctors as well just to help me interact with patients and be around patients and physicians. But my question is whether I should put those experiences down on my app.
I thought it might be good as well as you may have the option to do Oral and maxillofacial surgery but idk...

I do not want Dental schools to frown on this fact either... 😕

First off, it is unlikely to be frowned upon, many people are unsure of what they want to do until they've shadowed various professionals in various fields. That's just my opinion, there are a plethora out there, and one thread that illustrates such a debate on the very question you're asking:

It's unfortunate you have so little dental shadowing experience, I think you should arrange more shadowing with another dentist or dental specialist, this way if you head into an interview you can talk about that; I had 3 shadowing experiences and several interviewers still asked me what I was doing regarding shadowing currently.

It sounds like you already have your own good reasons for putting down these experiences and are ready to explain why you did them and why you put them in your app, because of that I'd go for it. But please do read the above posted link, it might be beneficial.

I shadow'd doctors and dentists.... volunteering in hospitals (nothing dentistry related).... I put all that on my application and I wasn't afraid to talk about it during the interviews because it was part of the "maturing into dentistry" cycle.

I didn't know much about healthcare until I started to experience around it and figure out what I like/don't like.

IMO, shadowing various healthcare professions and FINALLY picking dentistry is most believable.... Why would you hide this wondering experience from your application 😕
