Creighton University. Summer (June). Have to have been denied admission from dental school in order to be eligible for this program and be disadvantaged educationally or environmentally - not sure if this applies to you or not. Only accept 5 candidates each year.

I found a nice compilation on University of Hawaii’s site under “List of Postbacc and Special Masters Programs in the United States”. Will have to search further for spring admission info.
