I was wondering if there are books that explain in detail how certain general dental procedures are done and the instruments that are used for them. I observed a dentist but I want to read how procedures were done for my own. Thanks🙂

Several textbooks used in dental school covers techniques and instruments... Books like Sturdevant's Operative Dentistry is good for amalgam and resin techniques, McCracken's Removable Prosthodontics is practically the clinical technique bible for full and partial dentures, etc. These are usually listed as texts in course syllabi..
