I agree with you ,but on the 2004 answer sheet it's the

first premolar

I dont know why
 
max 1st P articulates with distal fossa of mand 1st p............. if it will articulate with both teeth then ther will be an abnormal occlusion - max lingual cusp will cause plunging of food between mand 1st P and mand 2nd P.

this is an exception....just like how mandibular 1pm lingual cusp doesnt contact anything in maxillary arch. by the way tinman did u ever receive ur score?
