Hey everyone, this is my first post on this site but I have been looking around for a while. I apologize if this is a repeat question, I did a search but could not find a supplemental answer.
I'm taking the DAT August 14th (late I know) but I should have all my application pieces done before then. I understand most schools won't look at your application before they receive your DAT scores, but is it better to submit your application before your official DAT scores are submitted or is it better just to submit everything when it completed?
Also I retook a Political Science class that I took my freshman year this summer just to show I could do it (D to an A). The A will replace my D in GPA but will still show up on my transcripts. Do I still need to report it on my application if I retook the class?
I just want to say I love this forum. It has answered so many of my questions and made me feel better about the whole application process. I've realized there are a lot of people just like me applying to dental school. Good luck to you all.
