Dental Research wanted

I have a son that is way advanced in high school. Taking all college courses and plans a future in science. He wants to do a research project so he could present at state and national levels.

We live about 120 miles from the nearest university for him to do a project at.

Is there anyone invo,lved with any scientific research that could use some help online or have him doing work at my dental office etc. He would be very helpful. If not are there any people that would be able to be a research mentor?

I can't think of any science research he could do at home, most intriguing stuff requires a lab. You could try to get in contact with that school 120miles from you and ask if they have any ideas I guess.

Could have him home-brew some wine and do a project on that ;-)

Man you must live waaaay out in the sticks if the nearest univ is 120 miles away. What state is this?
