Hey guys, quick question - I'm a bio/business major and I know in business your resume can not be longer than 1 page. How long were your dental school resumes??

so i spent endless hours putting together my resume about a year ago, and while i didn't end up sending it to any schools officially (only used it to apply for school programs, sent it with emails to people i was networking with, etc) it really helped me when filling out the activities section of my AADSAS. putting together your dental school-oriented resume will help a lot!

in terms of your question, like i said before you're not really going to be sending it to schools because all they'll see are the pages of y our AADSAS application. with that said though, i'd still recommend keeping it to 1 page. if you have trouble keeping everything to that, maybe consider putting together a CV to supplement your resume?

hey is there a chance you can post your resume so I can have a general idea of what to put please...

This thread is 2 years old... doubt the posters will post anything. However, most Dentist's i have seen actually put together a CV rather than a resume. I would also suggest you do the same since your career thus far has been mostly academic.

Unless you have some quality work experience i would probably just put it briefly.

Things to include would be: education, internships, research, scholarships, awards, leadership positions, special training (EMT, RDA, etc), and possibly awesome volunteer experiences.

Google: Dentist CV/Resume or Student CV/Resume for examples
