dental school with special visa status

hey everyone!
I am a junior(undergraduate) at a university in Florida State.I am on H-4 visa status.I want to get into dental school. My problem is I am confused on what i should do. I will be 21 next year so my visa status would change from H4 to F1. AND i know it is hard to get into dental school with F1 visa for DMD/DDS.
Should give it a try into US or should go back home (INDIA) to do my dental school and come back to US. ??

I would really appreciate the help!

What is EAD? and when you apply to dental schools..did you apply to state (govt.) dental schools? Because i heard that some dental schools dont take applications from students who are not permanent residents/citizens. Therefore, people w.o it can only apply to private schools.Let me know..
