No, I have a few classmates who will graduate well into their 40s. In fact, our average class age was ~27 when we started.

Couple of my classmates are finishing in their late 40s, one girl finished at 55 last year.

The question is not whether it is too late, but whether it is worth it as far as personal life goals, family balance, income potential, tuition costs etc.

for some it totally could be worth it even graduating at 45. I don't think it would be for most

the older you are, the payback time is shorter...

No. The more important number is your expected debt load and the total $ amount it takes to service the loans. I would estimate that about 25% of my class will be in their 30s when we graduate.

Is 33 too old to graduate from a D.D.S program? Thanks
Michelangelo was 33 years old when he painted the sistine chapel. J.R.R. Tolkien published his first volume of "Lord of the Rings" at age 62. Barbary Hillary became the first black woman to reach the North Pole at age 75. Ben Franklin signed the Constitution at age 81. Kathleen Mattison graduated with her DDS degree at age 60 from the University of Minnesota.

Is 33 too old to graduate from a D.D.S. program? I think not, my friend 🙂
