As much as I value your opinion and bashing about NYU, some of your posts come across as someone who is extremely bitter in realizing after 4 years that you don't want to do dentistry. You seem to blame NYU for your misery where it seems as if you don't even want to be a dentist. You commit 4 years in getting your degree and right away decide to switch professions. You're attempting to seek an associate position for the sole purpose to 'quickly' pay off your debt in order to become some computer programmer? Who on earth is going to hire you with that kind of motive? NYU didn't fail you- you did nothing to further yourself during your stay there ("... I've done rock-bottom in terms of extracurriculars, awards, recommendations, and contacts.")
G'luck to you bud.
