Dental Schools Designation Question

It says I have 4 different mailing dates per school. What does that mean? What does each date refer to?

Under Dental Schools Designations tab, only 2 dates are shown for mine (I'm sure for most people, too) are date designated and mailing date.

If you added any schools, changed any info, added recommendations or DAT scores then your application was mailed again to all designations. The date refers to when it was sent.
