There are a lot of BS/MD and accelerated Dental programs out there other than at the top schools (like Brown). Drexel (BS/MD),Univeristy of the Pacific (5 year dental program), etc. But i have not even heard of these schools before. My question is, what are the advantages/disadvantages of these programs compared to your average 4yr undergrad+4 yr dental/medical school programs.
I'm mostly interested in working in California or Minnesota after I graduate (I know, two very different places). Minn does not have an accelerated program, but I know University of the Pacific does. Is that a good school?
