Ohio state sent me an email asking for the secondary app yesterday. annoying. dont they have enought info from aadsas. they do want more money though. hmmmmm.....

i was wondering the same thing...what is a signature page? does that just confirm they have all of your material?

What is a signature page?

When U of M receives your application, they send you a letter stating whether your application is complete or not and you have to answer 2 questions and sign and send it back. Just yes or no questions about disciplinary action, convictions etc.
