Do dental schools expose students to certain dental software programs that we may have come across during our different shadowing opportunities such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft?

Depends on the school. Interview day is the perfect time to ask about that. Schools like to show off their technology.

There's a certain program most dental schools use. I think it's called Apteryx. Most dental schools don't really give you exposure to software. One reccomendation though, check out Open Dental Software. They're an open source program (meaning the program is free, they just charge for tech support). They're an awesome company and have great software.
