I recently "misplaced" my slow speed with striaght attahcment during the hustle of school. 😡 Now that I have to replace it, and looking at the prices at school 😱 , I was wondering where else can one turn to purchase a handpiece at a cheap rate? In addition, what about burs? Suggestions would be appreciated.

ebay

yea- I would suggest e bay....I guess you can check out dental supply companies just to compare prices...but handpieces are expensive...I didn't think you have to replace burs! Why would they make you replace burs?!

Ebay is a good start. You might even find you are buying your own handpiece from a classmate.

I'd suggest Ebay for the handpiece.

Check with the policies of your school for the burs.We also get unlimited supplies of burs as long as they are on stock.

Sometimes you can luck out on government surplus websites, particularly if you live close to a military base. Like, giant boxes of all kinds of dental stuff for cheap. 9 times out of 10 they weren't used in government experiments cloaked in secrecy, but every once in a while you get lucky.
