Try searching the net on "how to write a recommendation letter." There's lots of informative links out there. That's what I used when I had to write mine. 🙂

Here are some buzz words from a letter a prof wrote for me.
Infectious enthusiasm
Outgoing personality
Hard-working
resposible
intelligent
personable
empathetic
competent
That should give you a heads up. Also... if you have seen your other LORs you should keep the same theme(s).

It depends.... You SHOULD waive your right to see the document, however...
While I waived my right to see everyone of my LORs every prof showed them to me anyway. Just because you waive your right does not mean that the prof/Dentist cannot show them to you. It is up to them.
