hi... does anyone have sample letters of recommendation from their dentist or sample letters and is willing to share it with me? or is there a website where i can find sample letters? i asked my dentist to write me a letter... but he is asking me to bring a sample letter. Thanks a lot!!!

I would suggest you just write the sample for him. You know your relationship best and that would help you with using a format that works for your specific situation.

I got lucky and my dentist just took care of it himself. But if I was in your shoes I would have def. put something together myself.
