Well, I realise this is a rather controversial topic, and I'm speaking to a biased crowd, but here goes anyway. I am wondering how many of you were aiming for med and ever wondered whether dentistry might not be your thing? What are the pro's and con's of dentistry, as well as dental school. What do you enjoy most about dent, and would you do something else if you could have your life over again? In what year of study do you start doing practical stuff? Did you find the study material interesting, or was it painful? Why did you choose dentistry?

Thanks 😉

i considered medicine before deciding to settle for dentistry...not a day has passed that i haven't regretted that decision...but now i'm stuck in d-school, and there's no turning back for me...save yourself.. do medicine; more prestige, more money, more punani, more more more. 👍
