Derm Board Review Courses

Do any of you guys recommend taking one of the board review courses? If so, which one? I honestly only know of the Barrons Path course and the Univ of Florida course (can't go to that one due to other commitment).

I really can't recommend any of them, I took the Barrons Path course and found it to be a good confidence booster but the real exam is nothing like the course. Hopefully others can chime in with suggestions but I've found self-studying remains the most effective method
