Hi I am just out of residency and will be starting a private practice in Texas. Besides seeing patients I will be selling skin care products and possibly other services/products in the future.

Is it best to register as a professional association (PA) or a limited liability corporation (LLC)?

What are the advantages and disadvantages of each in this case?
