Probably didn’t use one. These office lipos are done typically via local and sedation.

yeah, I mean, I'm all for innocent until proven guilty, and all that, but this guy is right there on camera being deeply unprofessional in a way that makes it difficult to stomach.

No question he is an idiot. The question is, did the punishment fit the crime? A one year suspension might have been more appropriate.

What is not known is whether there were any other issues that were being or had been addressed prior to this.

For example: if an individual is already on probation or on their last strike, dismissal is the appropriate next disciplinary step.

There are rules and processes for a reason. Until full details are available, everything is just guessing.
