Medical Dermatology Research Fellowship at the Ohio State University

The Division of Dermatology at the Ohio State University is seeking qualified candidates for a clinical fellowship position. Applications are being accepted for a 1-2 year Medical Dermatology Research Fellow position for PGY-2 trainees, starting July, 2013. Applicants should have graduated from an allopathic US medical school and have a strong interest in medical dermatology as it relates to inflammation, cutaneous oncology, and autoimmunity. It is preferred that the applicant have at least one year of training in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Transitional Medicine. Experience in clinical trials is preferred, but not required. Laboratory research is available also.

The fellow will participate in numerous roles, in a multidisciplinary cutaneous lymphoma clinic, in dermatology clinic trials in psoriasis and cutaneous autoimmune disorders. The applicant will also contribute to ongoing dermatology clinics. The applicant will be encouraged to participate in scholarly activities, including the drafting of manuscripts for publication and presenting work at local or national conferences.
All of the previous fellows at OSU have matched into a position in dermatology. The primary mentor will be Henry Wong, MD, PhD.

Please send inquires (cover letter, C.V., copy of ERAS statement, and USMLE Step I & Step II scores) to:
