The Division of Dermatology at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine has an opening for a paid research fellowship position that will begin July 1, 2015.
Job Description:
The fellow will have the opportunity to participate in investigator initiated and industry sponsored clinical and translational studies. Duties will include protocol development, recruiting and enrolling research subjects, data entry and analysis, and writing manuscripts. Current clinical trials focus on psoriasis, melanoma and acne.
Prerequisites:
1. Recent graduates from U.S. accredited medical school, or applicants who have completed internships, or applicants who have matched into dermatology (PGY2 beginning July 2016) and have a year open between completion of their internship and starting their PGY2 year.
2. USMLE transcript (Step 1, Step 2CS, and Step 2CK)
