Hate probability...
Didnt understand this question at all, how come between 10 and 90 are 81 numbers? Why not 79? or even 80?
Any help will be helpful.

I dont know the formula, but I can guess:
"count by fingers 😀 from 10 - 20, there are 11 numbers. Similarly, from 10 - 90, there should be 81 numbers. "

When you start at 10, it's like starting at zero because your next number in that place is a 1. From 11-90 there are 80 numbers, so from 10-90 there must be 81.

Similarly, from 1-10 there are 10 numbers, but from 0-10 there are 11. I hope that helps.
