I have actually been accepted to DeSales! I had an interview there February 13th. I really liked the program a lot and believe strongly that it will gain similar success to that of the Physician Assistant program. Their Physician Assistant program has only been in establishment for 13 years or so and is pretty highly esteemed, ranked one of the top 40 PA schools in the nation according to U.S. News and World Report. The PT program at least impressed me with the small class sizes, state of the art facilities, and different approach to teaching anatomy over three semesters. I interviewed there and accepted a position! I am actually in the prpcess for figuring out the whole apartment thing.
Nice that's awesome, congratulations! I'm in the same boat trying to figure out housing. Are you going to enter the lottery system for grad housing?
I have entered the lottery to be safe but honestly I don't know if I want to live in "dorms" again. Also, I do have a dog so that may prove problematic. So, I am also looking of campus for housing but it is crazy expensive and limited.
Yea I entered the lottery too. I'm still not exactly certain DeSales will be where I end up, but I suppose searching for off campus housing isn't a bad idea. Have you been looking predominantly in the Bethlehem area or elsewhere?
Same here, deposited but seeing what else happens. I am looking at all the areas around there. So: Bethlehem, Allentown, Coopersville, Millville, etc. There are a TON of towns around there.
Yea there definitely are a lot of towns surrounding DeSales, hopefully something will work out. As of now I'm shooting for the grad housing but we'll see what happens. Best of luck and let me know if you end up deciding on DeSales!

Does anyone on here know if DeSales has any clinical contracts with sites across the nation at all? Or are most around the Lehigh Valley? I saw they have an opportunity to go to Italy, but I didn't know if any of you heard anything else
They do have some clinical sites around the US but they also indicated that if you had a great desire to go to a state or area specifically that they would do what they could to get you there.
What made you decide that DeSales was 100% for you?

I really liked it when I went to visit, and also I really, really liked how the anatomy courses are set up..no other place I applied to has their anatomy that way. Plus all the faculty was really nice, and the school has other medical field programs that are very highly ranked so I'm sure the PT program will be great as well
