"Description" section of tmdsas question

I am having a hard time filling out the description to each of the activities that I enter for tmdsas. For example, if I played soccer for a team for 4 years, what would I put in the description box besides "Active member of a soccer team for 4 years."? Also, what would you consider a significant extra curricular activity? Thank you!
