Hello, I am just getting emails from schools that my application is completed.
However, TMDSAS keeps telling me that my score is not delivered yet.
Is there anyone who has similar situation?
Thank you in advance!

Following up, they're not pestering you about your DAT now, right?

I had the same situation. I took DAT on 7/24 and my score was posted on ADA 8/12. AADSAS received my scores around 8/14 but TMDSAS did not that time. They finally posted my DAT on 8/26. It took much longer in TMDSAS 🙁
From TMDSAS Guide (there is an extra step to release your DAT score to one of the TMDSAS Dental schools, then TMDSAS will also get it).

How Do I Release My DAT score(s)?

Applicants are required to release their DAT score(s) to at least one of the dental schools to which they are applying via the ADA website.

  • All DAT scores released to any of the four Texas dental schools will automatically be sent to TMDSAS.
  • TMDSAS will receive your scores 36 hours from the time you request the release.
Important note: If scores do not show on your [Status] page after this time, you need to check for mismatched information (see below.)

Steps for Completing the DAT Section of the TMDSAS Application:

You must register to on the ADA website to receive a DENT PIN.

  1. DENT PIN: Enter your DENT PIN given to you by the ADA.
  2. DATs Taken: Enter all dates that you have taken the
  3. DATs Planned: Enter all dates that you plan to take the DAT between the time of application and December 1, 2024.

What If My Scores Still Say NOT RECEIVED?

Mismatched Information

Before contacting TMDSAS, please confirm that your scores were released and the information below is the same on your application AND your AAMC/ADA account.

  • AAMC ID or DENT PIN
  • Test Dates
  • DOB
If you find one of the components is incorrect after submitting your application, you can make changes directly in the [MCAT] or [DAT] page. Wait 24 hours for the application to retrieve your score.

Check the [Status] page for updates. Send TMDSAS a message via the TMDSAS Application portal if you cannot make changes yourself.
