For the certain sections of the application for example additional non-employment and bridf description of duties..I was wondering do they worry about the grammars?

I set mine up in list format. I'm assuming they care about spelling to some extent. If English isn't your first language, do what you can to get your message across, then maybe ask a family member or friend to read it over for you to see if it's clear.
