designating LORs after esubmitting

So, I called Optomcas and they said that I could designate LORs after esubmitting. So you basically can have NO LORs and still submit an app!?
I found this a bit weird..since most ppl on threads here have said the opposite.

How does this work then? As soon you add a new LOR, it updates ure file from all the universities automatically?

since you can add up to 4 letters, you can in fact add in the letters after you e-submit. For example, when you e-submitted the app, you had 3 people already listed. you can go in later and add in someone else's name and their email/address and that person would get the email or form i suppose to fill out the letter and they would either email/mail directly to optomcas. i hope this helps

Seriously?? I've been waiting for two weeks for my professor to get back to me with the LOR. I could have submitted my application a while ago! 🙂

yea. i have 2 letters in, and am waiting for another...so I guess I can submit it without designating. Its so weird..

Has anyone submitted with NO LORs? Just curious
