Nice stats did you have your personal statement checked and what about your secondaries how were they

My personal statement was reviewed by many many people and go good reviews. I took lots of time to get my secondaries right. I'm just wondering if I applied to the wrong places, or if there are some others I should add. I'm pretty new to this site, and y'all seem to be the experts. I'd love any and all ideas and feedback you can give!!!!

I would of applied to more schools. I had 3.4 gpa too but 36 mcat and still applied to all schools, better to have to many interviews then to little. You will learn in medicine it is always better to over do it then under do it and have patient die.

Well, Long Dong, (ps hahahah, love that movie). What schools should I add?

I am definitely NO expert whatsoever. I had many questions along the way and still do but I'd say don't feel too bad about the places you got rejected from so far cuz they've rejected a TON of other folks 😎. Anyways, right now it's still pretty early in the game but it's kind of late to add certain schools. I would suggest checking out the individual school threads to see how effective/quick they are with sending secondaries/status updates/etc. Some take FOREVER 👎 I would have suggested adding Tulane but it's one of the slow ones.

Been a while since I applied, so don't know if adding now would help. But like I said I would have applied to all from the get go, which is what i did when I applied to med school and residency. Some might say it is excessive but to me the end result is what matters, lives are at steak, the life of your career that is. Lost income of reapplying and not being out practicing medicine > then cost of applying to more schools.

excuse me? what does this have to do with anything?

There's a whole subforum devoted to answering users' "What are my Chances/Where should I apply/What should I do" questions that probably don't apply to anyone else. I just moved your thread from the main pre-allo forum to that subforum 🙂
