So my exams are in exactly in 12 days. And my nbme scores are 235-240. It is not crossing 240 at all. I tried studying everyway possibly. So much fatigue. I don't have the option to postpone. So anyone here was getting 235 in nbme got 240 in real step 1 exam. I'll be ecstatic even if I get an exact 240. Pls pls pls help. I plan to run thru FA cover to cover till my exams. Pls do help me. Freaking out like crazy. Can literally hear my own heartbeat.

Your goal is feasible, but I would NOT recommend running through FA cover to cover. To understand why you're not hitting your target score, your best bet is to first carefully analyze which questions you're getting wrong and why (or have someone else help you with this, if that's an option for you).
