Destroyer '11 GC 4: Isn't Positron emission and +Beta decay the same?

I am going over #6 on Destroyer and have a question.

Isn't beta decay and positron emission the same? There are 2 types of Beta decay:

Negative beta decay where Z-1 and positive beta decay where Z+1.

If the answer gives Z+1 and electron -, I am thinking it is negative beta decay.

Positron emission is the same as negative beta decay. Shouldn't Dr. Romano specify that it is negative beta decay?

+ beta decay= positron emission
- beta decay = answer

If it says undergoes Beta Decay ASSUME B- Decay. Unless specified.

No, B-decay results in a beta particle that is negative. Positron results in beta particle that is positive (a positron).
