so the questions says whic is true and the awnser is all of the above. I understand the choices expect one. Surfactant reduces surface tension and allows the fetus to breath easier. I agree with this stament until the word fetus.... I thought that a fetus dosent breath until it leaves the womb and takes the first breath becasue the lungs are collapsed? Can anyone clarify this???
