291. in solution it says acidic amino acid would have +2...i believe its plus one

279...it says introns and exons dont get transcribed...they both get transcribed but then introns get excised and exons get annelead
and u got 2ndary mRNA wihch gets trnaslatede

there are so many errors in destroyer and that must be why new editions come out so many times 🙂

hum..... seems like you brought up 2 good points. I looked around and came up with:
279. D is the correct choice because introns dont become proteins. Introns are transcribed but are then deleted via a process of RNA splicing. It could be that the destroyer means that there really is no transcription of the intron. Meaning: by the exons there is a transcription from the sequence to its commplementary RNA sequence. So something is actually taking place. But transcription of introns is just like making a copy of a blank paper- which is not really called making a copy. But its a great point

291. Yeah seems like you are right. An amino acid is a zwitterion, a neg and pos charge which cancel out. A fully portonated will gain anadiditional proton making it +1. So I am with you there, but hope to get back to you on that.
