I was wondering if someone could explain the formula he uses for the "quick trick" the Log [A]/ is the part throwing me off. I was trying to relate the trick to the actual equation for the problem. Is B supposed to be Hydrogen concentration? and if so what is A? the Oxygen? any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you
btw the actual equation for the problem is:
E = Eo - (.0591/n) * log (1/[H+]^4 [O]^2)
